Here's a list of snacks that I've compiled with estimated calories for each of these...most of these should be pretty close, but calories vary based on the brand of food you buy, so check the calories if you're concerned about them before snacking.
4 squares (or one whole cracker) graham cracker (75)
2 tbs. light cream cheese (70)
1 tbs. jam (50)
Total calories = 195
1 cup apple (57)
2 wedges low fat cheese spread (like Laughing Cow) (70)
Total calories = 127
1 medium apple (91)
1 tbs almond butter (101)
Total calories = 192
6 oz. Greek Yogurt (varies – usually about 200 calories) you could do non-fat but I don’t think it tastes as good
1 tbs honey (64)
Total calories = 264 or less
**Add 1 tbs pepitas for crunch – add about 80 calories
**You could try this variation
6 oz. Greek Yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 tbs raisins
½ cup frozen yogurt (120-150)
½ cup strawberries (26)
Total calories = 146 – 176
**Substitute ½ cup lemon sorbet for the frozen yogurt
2 oz. turkey deli meat (58)
1 oz. cheese (100 – 200) depends on type of cheese
Total calories = 158 – 258
**Add 5 Ritz crackers for only 80 more calories
4 oz. pudding (110)
20 walnuts (185)
Total calories = 295
3 cups light popcorn (60)
½ cup grapes (52)
1 oz. sharp cheddar (120)
Total calories = 172
20 raw almonds (140)
2 oz dried cherries (160)
Total calories = 300
**Substitute dried cherries with 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup fresh pineapple, a banana or any other fresh fruit you LOVE!!
2 stalks celery (2)
2 tbs almond butter or PB (180 – 188)
Total calories = 182 – 190
1 Fudge pop (60)
3 tbs. mixed nuts (252)
½ cup cottage cheese (101)
¼ cup dole tropical fruit (45)
Total calories = 146
Hard boiled egg = (78)
