Thursday's a coming...

I have several new recipes I tried out this weekend that worked fabulous and two that totally flopped. I'll be sharing the successes probably tomorrow...this week has been HAYWIRE and tomorrow is the first day I get to sit and breathe...after my workout that look for One Pot Porkchops (divine) and Cranberry Oatmeal Bars (a delicious 133 calories a bar) to come soon.

  2. Did I tell you that I made your turkey meatballs into small patties? I put them in small individual baggies and placed them in the freezer. I just pop them out in the morning and let them defrost and then at lunch I just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds. It makes a great easy snack for me and lunch for Presley. She RARELY eats meat, but she eats these. ;-) Yeah!

  3. Yea Becca! I'm so glad!!! I am totally going to make a batch this weekend and pop them in the freezer! What a great idea!! Nice little protein snack!
