I am happy to say that after 2 months of being the exact same weight, I passed my plateau this morning and lost 4 pounds this last week!! WOO HOO!!
Amazingly, (not so amazing, I knew this to be true), it happened to be the same week I started tracking my food in my daily food tracker again and staying around my 1600-1800 calorie intake for every day. I also renewed my BodyBugg subscription, which allows me to track how many calories I'm burning in a day. If I want to lose 2 pounds a week, then I need to burn 1000 more calories in a day than I ate (eat 1800, burn 2800).
I'm so thrilled and completely motivated to keep going!!!
