North Carolina BBQ Sauce

North Carolina BBQ Sauce:
**(I got inspiration for this recipe from Tyler Florence, but I made some changes to the recipe to make it my own)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbs blue agave nectar
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne

1. Combine in a small saucepan.
2. Simmer over med. heat for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Put in a glass bowl and let cool in the refrigerator.
5. When cool, pour into a squeeze bottle.

My North Carolina BBQ sauce...delightful!! (P.S. If you don't like mustard and vinegar, you won't like this sauce, but if you do, even just a little, you'll LOVE this!!)
