Ok, for those of you living in a cave (like me), who haven't before heard of the Pioneer Woman and her amazing website, you better get yourself over to her site (www.thepionnerwoman.com)and check it out! She has amazing recipes, a nice "voice" that speaks right to each of her readers and some gorgeous shots of her food (step by step recipes)! She's a great resource and tons of my friends have gone on and on about her website, but I never got around to getting there until recently, and I wish I'd done it months ago!
And for those of you who know that my birthday is coming up in March, I'd sure love her cookbook (see picture) as a present! :)
