I mentioned earlier that I received my copy of The Homesick Texan Cookbook. It's a stunning display of beautiful food photos, gorgeous Texas photos and 125 authentic Tex-Mex recipes. We're having a supper club with some friends later in the month at our house, and I chose Tex-Mex so I could try out more recipes! Can't wait!!! Whether your from Texas or not, if you like good Tex-Mex, you'll love this cookbook!!!
