I've posted about my kale and meatball soup previously, but it's so good, I just have to remind you about it. If you haven't tried it yet, you should really give it a shot. It is ALWAYS tasty, easy to make and very comforting!! We just got kale in our organic fruit and veggie delivery box, so I whipped up a batch and we've been enjoying it ever since!!
