Lunch time vegetarian wrap

As I was packing my lunch for today, I thought a wrap sounded nice. My normal go-to proteins were lacking (hard boiled eggs, turkey, chicken, roast beef), so I made up a version of a vegetarian wrap that I've used before.

Vegetarian Wrap
Handful of spinach leaves
Whole wheat tortilla
Small handful of Craisins
Small handful of sliced or slivered almonds
2 oz. cheddar cheese
Grated carrot

1. Put all ingredients inside the tortilla.
2. Wrap up.
3. Enjoy.

Fast, easy, low-fat and YUM!
