Friday nights are the best...you don't have to get up and go anywhere the next morning, you sink into your couch and just stay there until bedtime. At least, that's what my favorite Friday nights are like! It was just me and the boys last night and I didn't really feel like cooking, so I whipped up an old favorite. No recipe needed on this one - it's pretty universal. I mean, is there anything better than Piggies in a Blanket? I used turkey franks because they are better for you and I could eat one or two more than normal! Yum!
