Coming this week...

Sunday is a big cooking day in my house. After church, we come home, make lunch and then I basically hole up in the kitchen all day cooking! Love it! Today I made, potato and leek soup, crockpot chicken stock, a special homemade bread called Farl, roasted Delicata and Acorn squash, Pumpkin Pecan Polvorones (Mexican Wedding Cookies), and whole grain chocolate chip cookies. Whew!
